KENNEDY EXECUTIVE SEARCH NETWORK MEETING IN BOULDER

This year, the annual partner meeting was organized the 27th of March by Integrated People Solutions, our partner company based in Denver. Eric and Wayne hosted us in Boulder, Colorado, USA in a scenic environment at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

The main purpose of the meeting was to review and fine-tune the strategic projects we started at the previous partner meeting in Monaco.

The group reviewed Kennedy’s unique value proposition including the transparent process with clients based on mutual trust:

• Local contacts but global service: The client deals with the contact he/she knows, backed by a global network

• A single point of contact

• Think outside the box / present more than the typical candidate (provide perspective)

We decided to strengthen our communication on our extensive expertise in Diversity & Inclusion. We plan to identify opportunities for advancing D&I with global clients and prospects.

As usual, this meeting was an excellent combination of business and fun. The most experienced skiers enjoyed the world-famous ski resorts in Aspen and Vail.

The Partner meeting next year will be organized by our Austrian Partner in Salzburg. We all look forward to meeting again in Austria!
