We are excited to introduce Niels Prehn, our new partner at Kennedy Executive Search Denmark, DNA Headhunting. In this interview, Niels shares his vision for the future, his insights into the industry, and what he brings to our team.
Niels, welcome to Kennedy Executive Search! It's been three months since you joined as a partner. How has your experience been so far?
Niels : Thank you! I felt welcome from the very start and am proud to be part of a serious, inspiring, and highly experienced network of international Executive Search companies. My expectations were high, and you have absolutely exceeded them!
We're glad to hear that. Can you tell us a bit about your background and what you were doing before joining Kennedy Executive Search?
Niels: I have been a headhunter for more than 27 years in various Danish and international partner setups. Prior to that, I worked as a Sales Manager in the insurance industry and concurrently served as a Captain in the Danish Army Reserve.
What motivated you to transition to Kennedy Executive Search/DNA Headhunting?
Niels : In our business, it is crucial who you team up with. I have always known Kennedy as a serious market player with a strong culture and values that resonate with mine.
What do you hope to achieve in your role at Kennedy Executive Search?
Niels : I aim to continue my business with excellent colleagues both in Denmark and internationally. Being part of an international network is crucial to serving local clients in the best possible way.
That's wonderful to hear. We're excited to see the impact you'll have. Any final thoughts you’d like to share?
Niels: Yes, I have, of course, known my Danish colleagues for a while, but this June, I met my international colleagues as well. It was very inspiring to meet such dedicated and experienced professionals, and I look forward to meeting them all again soon.
