Kennedy Executive Search welcomes partner in Belgium

Luc Tavernier, Veerle Van De Vijver and research consultant Virginie Moust

Kennedy Executive Search is proud to welcome their first Belgian partner office. Tavernier & Van De Vijver, with offices in Ghent and Antwerp has joined the global network of privately-owned executive search firms. Tavernier & Van De Vijver is Kennedy’s 13th partner firm, bringing the total number of offices in Europe, North America, and Latin America to 20.

Tavernier & Van De Vijver was founded by Veerle Van De Vijver and Luc Tavernier. The firm provides an integrated approach to HR management, ranging from executive search to leadership development for a variety of clients in a wide range of industries. They firmly believe that people are the real capital of any business and they strive to create long-term relationships with their clients as well as candidates.

Both Veerle and Luc have an impressive track record in business development. Veerle started her career in sales and marketing and was Business Development Manager for a company specialized in the production of equipment for the automotive industry. She entered the world of executive search in 2011, in her role as Executive Partner of a Corporate Governance consultancy firm. Luc has previously been Managing Director for a number of major HR consultancy firms before starting his career as an independent consultant specialized in leadership development and personal coaching. Luc and Veerle founded Tavernier & Van De Vijver in 2014.

Veerle Van De Vijver: “We consider ourselves solution providers. Our goal is to offer solutions to recruitment and HR-related needs both domestically and abroad. In order to achieve this, we were looking into having access to an international network of like-minded people, who understand our business, our values, and who can help us expand our activities on a global scale.
