Kennedy Executive Search welcomes partner in Dublin
Kennedy Executive Search proudly announces their first Irish partner office. Dublin-based Vista Executive Search joins the global network of privately-owned executive search and organizational development consulting firms with immediate effect. Vista Executive Search is the 15th partner firm for Kennedy, bringing the total numbers of offices in Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia to 24.
Like the other Kennedy network partners, Vista Executive Search is a boutique firm with a staff of five. The company offers executive search services to clients looking for senior talent and to senior executives looking for a change. Their clients come from various industries, but they have particular knowledge of and experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecoms sectors. Many of their clients have been with them since the beginning, which is a testament to the high level of service and quality Vista People’s team delivers. Clients include eBay, FreeNow, Capita, Digicel, Centric Health and Three Ireland.
The company was founded in 2016 by Bob Hoffman and Ann Donehy. Bob looks back at an impressive career of nearly 24 years in Sales, Marketing, and General Management in multiple industries. He was CEO of the Sales Institute of Ireland, allowing him to work closely with business leaders in Telecom, IT, FMCG and Financial Services to support their business operations. Before Vista, Ann was Office Manager for PMI Software for many years. She now uses this experience in her role as the backbone of the Vista People team, running the office and managing all logistical and administrative operations. Dan McKeown has a 20 year background in recruiting in particular financial services. He also looks after the psychometric testing reports.
Bob was introduced to Kennedy Frank Knudsen of DNA Headhunting & Executive Search, Kennedy’s partner in Copenhagen, who approached him. "Frank wanted a reference check on someone I worked with. While we were talking, he mentioned the Kennedy Executive network. As an Irishman, the name Kennedy obviously struck the right cord. Plus, I had been looking for a way to expand my horizon both professionally and personally.
